Terms and Conditions

The terms of delivery for the online store are valid from March 3, 2025. The products of the online store are sold by Tmi Ketjusilmukka, business ID 2006994-5. We use Webnode as our sales platform. We sell to private individuals in Finland, Sweden, Germany, Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia. Our products include value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. 

The delivery time for products available in the online store is 1-2 weeks. The store calculates the shipping costs for items delivered via Posti, either as a letter or a parcel, depending on the size of the order. 

Payment service provider

The payment intermediation service is provided by Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is an authorized payment institution. In case of complains, we kindly ask you to contact the product supplier primarily.

Our return policy is as follows:

You have right to exchange or return products within 14 days in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protections Act. The right to return applies only to unused and resalable products in their original packaging.

Please notify the seller (Tmi Ketjusilmukka) of your return request by email. The notification must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned within 14 days of the notification. In case of a return, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

We do not accept returns more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued directly to your account after the return has been received and processed.

If the product has been damaged during transport, please file a complain with the shipping company. If the product is defective, contact the seller by email.
